We are building a fast, local industrial supplier for the NCR manufacturing belt, and we need field sellers who love the shop floor. Two openings, fixed salary plus incentives, real ownership of your territory.

Field Sales Executive: Automation & Components

Faridabad & Ballabhgarh industrial estates

Full-time Field role

Sell our pneumatic, hydraulic, sensor and automation product lines to manufacturing plants across Faridabad. Walk the industrial estates, build relationships with maintenance and purchase teams, and turn enquiries into orders.

What you'll do

  • Visit plants and workshops daily; meet maintenance heads and purchase officers
  • Pitch and quote pneumatic, hydraulic, sensor and automation components
  • Generate enquiries, follow up on quotes, and close orders
  • Capture every lead in the CRM and report weekly on pipeline

You'll do well if

  • 1 to 4 years of field/industrial sales (pneumatics, hydraulics, MRO or automation a plus)
  • Own two-wheeler and a smartphone; comfortable on the shop floor
  • Hindi fluency; basic English; persuasive and persistent
  • Lives in or near Faridabad

Field Sales Executive: Cutting Tools, Abrasives & MRO

IMT Manesar & Bawal automotive belt

Full-time Field role

Sell our cutting tools, abrasives and MRO consumables into the Manesar and Bawal automotive belt. Build repeat-order relationships with machining and fabrication shops where consumables are bought every week.

What you'll do

  • Cover the Manesar / Bawal belt; meet machine shops and fabricators
  • Sell cutting tools, abrasives, grinding wheels and MRO consumables
  • Drive repeat orders and set up Vendor Managed Inventory where it fits
  • Log leads and orders in the CRM; report weekly

You'll do well if

  • 1 to 4 years of field sales, ideally cutting tools / abrasives / consumables
  • Own two-wheeler or car; willing to travel the Manesar / Bawal belt
  • Hindi fluency; basic English; consultative seller who builds trust
  • Lives in or near Gurugram, Manesar or Bawal
